JREC-IN site will be renewed as JREC-IN Portal from October 1, 2014
Dear JREC-IN members,
Since 2001, “JREC-IN” is operated by Japan Science and Technology Agency to provide information for human resources utilization in research institutions and for expanding the career-path of
researchers.
Not just providing job information but to provide various kind of information about career for all researchers and research staffs, we will renew the “JREC-IN” as to “JREC-IN Portal” on October 1st,
2014.
The following new functions and services will be provided on JREC-IN Portal.
– Web application
– Tools for Application
– Relevant contents for career of researchers and research staffs
– E-learning

The effects on service caused by data migration and renewal are as follows.
*To all JREC-IN Users
– All of the JREC-IN services will be unavailable from 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. on September 24th, 2014.
– Services for JREC-IN members will be unavailable from September 19th or 24th, please refer to the guidance of each member type for further information.
– Searching and browsing job information will still be available after 1:00p.m September 24th, on the front page of JREC-IN.
– Members information that are registered in JREC-IN, such as jobs information, user account information, and setup condition data will be migrated to new system “JREC-IN Portal”.
*To the Recruiting members
– You will be unable to login from 10:00a.m. September 19th to September 30th, 2014.
Functions for Recruiting members(such as Job Information registration, modification, deletion etc.)will be unavailable after September 19th, so please request by September 18th.
– The job information will be published and closed on the requested date, even during the period above.
*To the Job-seeking members
– You will be unable to login from 10:00a.m. September 24th to September 30th, 2014.
Functions of Job-seeking members (such as matching mail setup, and job seeking information registration or update etc.) will be unavailable during the period above.
– Matching mail delivery will be suspended after September 25th. It will start again on October 1st.
*Others announcement to all
– JREC-IN Office will be relocated on October 1st 2014.
Due to this relocation, operating hours, telephone number, and contact e-mail address will be changed.

– We will revise the Membership Regulations due to the renewal. Revised Regulation will be posted to the front page of JREC-IN soon.
